§1 Legal conditions
Conforms to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions.
§ 3 Price
Company seminars.
You have the right to cancel your reservation within 7 days.
Reservations cancelled within 21 days of the start date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the seminar. All other cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 60% of the total cost of the seminar. The fee will be calculated based upon the date on which the cancellation is received by the Maharishi Ayurveda Gesundheits- und Seminarzentrum Bad Ems GmbH
You will receive all relevant details about the seminar in sufficient time before it begins.
§ 6 Data protection
Your details will only be used for the processing of your booking and for our own internal use.
They will not be used for any other purpose without your prior permission.
