Terms and conditions: Sale of merchandise

§1 Legal conditions

Conforms to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions:

§ 2 Delivery

We will dispatch goods as soon as possible after receiving payment. This generally takes 1-2 working days. Within Germany packaging and carriage is charged at cost.

§ 3 Prices

For merchandise:
All prices are binding and include the relevant Value Added Tax.

§ 5 Defects and Guarantee

For merchandise:

Visible damage and missing items should be notified in writing within one week after delivery.
Damage that is not immediately apparent should be notified in writing as soon as it becomes evident.
The guarantee is limited to the right of delivery of a replacement.

In all cases the goods should be returned without delay where they will be checked for damage. Postage for any damaged articles will be refunded.

§ 6 Data protection

Your details will only be used for the processing of your order or booking and for our own internal use.
They will not be used for any other purpose without your prior permission.

§ 7 Applicable rights

German law applies.
