§1
Legal conditions
Conforms
to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code
of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions:
§
3Price
On
receipt of reservation.
The
reservation can made by telephone or post. The customer will receive
confirmation and an invoice for a deposit. The deposit is calculated
according to the length of your stay.
Deposit
required:
*
up to 5 nights 127,00 €
*
up to 12 nights 255,00 €
*
more than 13 nights 380,00 €
There
will be no charge for cancellations within 7 days of the reservation
being made.
After
this time the reservation is binding.
All
cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are
based on the following scale:
Cancellation
or early departure
*
up to 4 weeks before - 10% of the total cost
*
up to 2 weeks before - 30% of the total cost
*
up to 4 days before - 50% of the total cost
*
3 days or less - 75% of the total cost
Reservations
may be changed on payment of a re-booking fee of 51,-- €.
If
you are unable to attend your booking you can arrange for someone
else to take your place.
We
can also recommend inexpensive cancellation insurance.
For
patients needing extra care we make a surcharge based on the extra
assistance required.

5 Complaints and guarantee
If
a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service this must
be advised straight away so that it can be dealt with immediately

6 Data protection
Your
details will only be used for the processing of your booking and
for our own internal use. They will not be used for any other purpose
without your prior permission. If
you wish your details to be altered or removed hen please send an
e-mail to info@ayurveda-badems.de.
§
7 Applicable rights
German
laws apply.

§1
Legal conditions
Conforms
to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code
of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions.
§
3 Price
Company
seminars.
You
have the right to cancel your reservation within 7 days.
Reservations cancelled
within 21 days of the start date are subject to a cancellation fee
equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the seminar. All other cancellations
will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 60% of the total
cost of the seminar. The fee will be calculated based upon the date
on which the cancellation is received by the Maharishi Ayurveda
Gesundheits- und Seminarzentrum Bad Ems GmbH
You
will receive all relevant details about the seminar in sufficient
time before it begins.
§
6 Data protection
Your
details will only be used for the processing of your booking and
for our own internal use.
They
will not be used for any other purpose without your prior permission.

Legal conditions
Conforms
to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code
of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions:

2 Delivery
We
will dispatch goods as soon as possible after receiving payment.
This generally takes 1-2 working days.
Within
Germany packaging and carriage is charged at cost.
§ 3 Prices
For
merchandise:
All
prices are binding and include the relevant Value Added Tax.
§ 5 Defects
and Guarantee
For
merchandise:
Visible
damage and missing items should be notified in writing within one
week after delivery.
Damage
that is not immediately apparent should be notified in writing as
soon as it becomes evident.
The
guarantee is limited to the right of delivery of a replacement.
In
all cases the goods should be returned without delay where they
will be checked for damage. Postage for any damaged articles will
be refunded.
