Terms and Conditions for Treatments

§1 Legal conditions

Conforms to the regulations governing contracts according to the Civil Code of Germany §§ 433 ff. BGB –with the following conditions:

§ 2 Price

On receipt of reservation:

The reservation can made by telephone or post. The customer will receive confirmation and an invoice for a deposit. The deposit is calculated according to the length of your stay.

Deposit required:

• up to 5 nights 127,00 €
• up to 12 nights 255,00 €
• more than 13 nights 380,00 €

There will be no charge for cancellations within 7 days of the reservation being made.

After this time the reservation is binding.

Reservations may be changed on payment of a re-booking fee of €51.00.

§ 3 Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are based on the following scale:

Cancellation or early departure:

• up to 4 weeks before - 10% of the total cost
• up to 2 weeks before - 30% of the total cost
• up to 4 days before - 50% of the total cost
• 3 days or less - 75% of the total cost

If you are unable to attend your booking you can arrange for someone else to take your place. We can also recommend inexpensive cancellation insurance. For patients needing extra care we make a surcharge based on the extra assistance required.

§ 4 Complaints and guarantee

If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service this must be advised straight away so that it can be dealt with immediately.

§ 5 Data protection

Your details will only be used for the processing of your booking and for our own internal use. They will not be used for any other purpose without your prior permission. If you wish your details to be altered or removed please send an e-mail to info(at)ayurveda-badems.de.

§ 6 Applicable rights

German laws apply.
